Eric Westacott, Attorney at Law

Eric focuses his practice on the fields of estate planning and corporate law in Missouri, counseling his clients to find and facilitate the best means of devising their estates to future generations. He has considerable experience assisting families of children with special needs in protecting assets through supplemental needs trusts.

Having successfully started, owned, and sold several businesses and non-for-profit entities, Eric is able to leverage his experience advising foundations and entrepreneurs succeed in today’s business environment.

Over two decades experience

in law, business ownership, non-profit creation & governance.

In 2001 Eric graduated with a JD in Law from Saint Louis University. After passing the bar, he began work at Rynearson, Suess, Schnurbusch & Champion before starting his first company, offering digital document services with a particular focus on Electronic Data Discovery (EDD).

In addition to having an astounding impact in local nonprofits the last decade, Eric founded Westacott Law Firm in 2012. Sharing his expertise & experience with others in the community.
